摘要
本文推导出摆动从动件盘形凸轮廓线上任意点的曲率半径、曲率中心计算公式及凸轮机构的压力角计算公式,并给出该种凸轮设计的主程序流程图和计算结果。本文得出的摆动从动件盘形凸轮的解析设计方法,仅供有关工程技术人员参考。
This paper works out the formulas of the curvature radius and centres at any point ofthe profile of oscillating driven component cams as well as the formula of the pressure angleof the cam mehanism. It also describes the flow diagram of the main program of such a camdesign and its calculation results.As to the analytic design approach to the plate cam of theoscillating driven component obtained in this paper,it can only be used as a reference forthose working in mechanical engineering.
