摘要
论述了海藻酸钠糊在碱性条件下的凝结原因,探讨了三乙醇胺对海藻酸钠糊的稳定作用原理。在强碱条件下,三乙醇胺可使海藻酸钠大分子周围的水化层稳定;在有Al ̄(3+)、Fe ̄(3+)等离子存在时,三乙醇胺的络合作用可大大提高海藻酸钠糊的耐碱性,但必须在海藻酸钠遇碱前加入。
Analysi5 of the reasons for the past of sodium alginate to be coagulate in basic conditionsand the effects of friethanolamine on making the paste of sodium alginate stable in this pa-per.Triethanolamine could make stable the hydrate layers formed around macromolecules ofsodium alginate in the condition of strong alkali.When there are such ions as Al ̄(3+),Fe ̄(3+)inthe solution,the complexing action of friethanolamion put in before sodium alginate reactson alkali may greatly increase the ability of alkaliproof of the paste of sodium alginate.
