摘要
本文报告了根据小夹板治疗骨折固定力学原理设计的骨折复位外固定器,临床应用治疗各种关节和骨端骨折50例,随访效果满意。
We developed a new external fixation system on the basis of the biomeehanieal principle of splint in chinese traditional medicine.The device Inc- ludes a metal frame of fixation and pressing pins as the substitutes of splint and pressure pads,as well as three adjustable conneoting bars which may pro- vide distraction,compression and dynamic physiological pressure to the fracture. The device was applied in 50 patients with intra-artieular and metaphyseal fra- ctures and a satisfactory reduction of the fractures and an excellent function of the involved joints were obtained.In our experience,the new svstem may faci- liate the reduction of displaced fractures and provide stable immobilization with dynamic physiological pressure necessary to the healing of fracture.
