亚洲玉米螟一、二代成虫扩散规律研究 被引量:21

A RELEASE-AND-RECAPTURE STUDY ON DISPERSAL OF ADULTS OF FIRST AND SECOND GENERATION ASIAN CORN BORER IN NORTH CHINA

摘要 1991—1992年在河北省衡水市亚洲玉米螟一、二代成虫盛发期,在田间释放用人工饲养、苏丹蓝Ⅱ标记的玉米螟成虫34万头,在距释放点1、2、4、6、8、10、20、30、40、50km处设点回收,以研究玉米螟田间扩散规律和远距离迁飞的可能性。用玉米螟性诱剂回收时,两年回收到标放雄蛾一代分别为119和195头,二代分别为53和249头,回收到标记蛾距释放点的最远距离均为8km,其中1—2km范围内回收到的蛾数占回收总蛾数的93.3%—100%,8km以外回收圈未收到玉米螟标记蛾。用高压汞灯回收一代标记成虫时,在4—10km半径范围内,共诱到标记雄蛾10头,雌蛾11头,最远扩散距离为10km。性诱法和灯诱法取得试验结果完全一致,未发现玉米螟成虫有远距离迁飞现象。 Field experiments were undertaken by using release-and-recapture technique to investigate the dispersal and possibility of long distance movement of the Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee) (ACB), in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, North China. Total number of 200- and 140- thousands ACB adults artificially reared and labelled internally with 0. 01% Sudan blue 670( II ) were released in the 1st- and 2nd- generation in 1991 and 1992, respectively. Surrounding the releasing site, 10 circles of 42 pheromone traps and 13 lamp light (220V, 400W/each) were arranged with a radius of from 1 - 50km(the later from 4 -50km) to recapture the released adults. A number of 118 and 195 of the 1st-, 53 and 249 of the 2nd- generation males were recaptured by pheromone traps, respectively, the furthest dispersal distance of the two generations was 8km. In 1992, total of 10 males and 11 females were recaptured by lamp lights with a radius from 4 -10km in the first generation, the furthest distance was 10km. The results showed that more than 93% of released adults dispersed with the circle of 2km radius, only small amount were at the distance of 4-10km. It was observed that the ACB adults did not perform long distance movement in North China.
