摘要
Medermycin、G-15F和G-15G三个化合物都有醌式结构。在底物甘油中,准分子离子为(M+3H)+,但在底物3-硝基苯甲醇(NBA)中,准分子离子为(M+H)+。本文用FABMS对此作了研究。
In the present paper the quasi-moleculer ion of quinone compounds-medermycin,G-15F and G-15G was Measured.We have found that the quasi-moleculer ion in the glycerol matrix is not the same as in the 3-nitrobenzyl alcohol(NBA) matrix.They are(M+3H) +and (M+H)+ respectively.It probably resulted from the hydroquinone in the glycerol matrix of the FAB source.
