摘要
本文利用缺血-再灌注动物模型,研究了白细胞粘附性的变化以及针刺对缺血及再灌注状态下白细胞粘附性的改善作用。实验结果表明:不同切变率(15、30、60、150、300s ̄(-1))作用于白细胞,随切变率的增大,白细胞粘附率逐渐下降,较之对照组,缺血组及缺血再灌注组白细胞粘附率均有所下降,切变率为150s ̄(-1)时,对照组为0.65±0.32,缺血组为0.49±0.27,缺血再灌注组为0.38±0.36;醒脑开窍针刺法对缺血及再灌注组白细胞粘附性均有明显改善作用。
The basic principle for treatment of ischemia is by blood reperfusion.Theadhesion of leukocytes is changed both in ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion.The impor-tant changes of leukocyte adhesiveness in ischemia-reperfusion and the effectiveness ofacupuncture treatment have brought more attention to physicians day by day. Acupunc-ture might provide some new evidences for secondary prevention and control of ischemicdiseases.In the present work,the characteristics of leukocyte adhesiveness and the effec-tiveness of acupuncture treatment were observed on rabbits with ischemia-reperfusion.17normal rabbits,11 rabbits with induced ischemia,9 rabbits with induced ischemia-reperfu-sion were studied. The leukocyte adhesiveness both in ischemia and ischemia-reperfusiongroup was decreased as compared to the control group.The leukocyte adhesiveness was0.65±0.32 in control group,0.49±0.27 in ischemia group,0.38±0.36 in ischemia-re-Perfusion group,at the shear rate of 150s ̄(-1).Moreover we found that the adhesion ofleukocytes was reduced by increasing the shear rate from 15 to 300s ̄(-1).It is interestingto find out that the treatment with traditional Chinese acupuncture for the ischemia andischemia reperfusion group could improve leukocyte adhesiveness evidently.
