摘要
绍兴市在市妇幼保健院的基础上,建立市妇幼保健指导中心,推动全市妇幼保健规范化、制度化管理上了一个新台阶。一年多来,“中心”以创建爱婴医院为龙头,把爱婴行动由城市推向乡镇;紧紧抓住妇幼保健的敏感指标,提高基层妇幼保健人员的业务素质,强化基层管理措施,指导基层解决实际工作问题;并重视社会宣传,采取多种形式广泛开展健康教育。
It is deeply worth studing that how to strength directing MCH work at the grass -root level of haspitals,specially in outlying districts,raise professional level of MCH staff. Same good ways about establishing friendly hospitals and directive centers of MCH, strengthing directation to health care organization at the grass -root level, spreading suitable skills and raising women's selfprotective consciousness are given out in the paper.
