摘要
初步研究了海蒿子和海带混合提取褐藻胶的工艺条件;测定了海蒿子和海带不同组成配比制备的一系列混合胶的粘度;对混合胶进行了粘度稳定性和破坏性试验以及金属离子对粘度的影响研究。实验发现,当海带与海蒿子以1:1组成混合时提取的褐藻胶粘度稳定性最差,40℃保存10d后,剩余粘度百分率为74.1%,80℃加速降解时后,剩余粘度百分率为41.0%。金属离子都能降低混合胶的粘度,其中Fe^(3+)影响最大,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)次之,Na^+影响最小。
The conditions for the extraction of mixed-algin from Laminaria japonica and Sargassum pallidum were given out, and the viscosities of a series of mixed-algin from Laminaria japonica and sargassum pallidum mixed with different components were determined. The viscosity stability experiment (T = 40C) and the viscosity accelerate degrade experiment (T = 80C) were carried out? and the influence of inorganic salts on mixed-algin's viscosity was also studied in this paper. The experimental results have shown; the viscosity stability of mixed-algin extracted from laminaria japonica and Sargassum pallidum when they were mixed with the component 1 : 1 was the lowest. The remainder-viscosity percentages were 74. 1% and 41. 0%, respectively when the mixed-algin stored at temperature 40C for ten days and accelerated the degradation at temperature 80 C for five hours. All the viscosities of mixed - algin were degraded then they were treated with various metallic chlorides solutions,the degrading effects depend upon the cationic valency,as Fe^3> Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+)>Na^+.
