摘要
用HPLC法对埋植于人体和大鼠不同时期取出的CLa和Norplant埋植剂进行了体外释药量测试,并用埋植剂取出后的残余量推算出在大鼠体内和人体内的释放量,比较求出体内外释放相关系数。结果:CLa皮下埋植剂在动物和人体内外相关性较好,在一定程度上可以根据体外释放量来推测体内释放量。CLa埋植剂与Norplant体内外释放情况基本一致。
This article describes the measurment by HPLC of releasing rate of levonorgestrel (LNG) in vitro from the removed CLa and Norplant implants in human and rats at different periods of insertion. The releasing rate of human and rats in vivo and virtro was calculated according to the remaining LNG from the removed implants. The result showed that there was good correlativity of in vivo and in vitro release by the domestic CLa subdermal implants. The releasing rate in vivo can be estimated based on in vitro releasing rate. There were no significant differences between CLa implant and Norplant) both in vivo and in vitro.
