摘要
碟形弹簧在变形时伴随有接触面间的滑动摩擦,在动态过程中体现为阻尼,阻尼值在碟簧的叠合和对合使用时有显著变化。在实验基础上研究这种变化,给出其定量表示及计算动态过程的方法,讨论动态过程的特点。计算结果说明碟簧提供的阻尼值很容易超过一般阻尼材料所能提供的阻尼值。
Deformation of disc sptings is bound to accompany sliding friction which serves as damping in dynamic processes. Significant change may occur to the value of damping while disc springs are used in parallel or in series. This paper studies the change on the basis of experiments,offers the quantitative expression of the change and the method for computing dynamic processes,and describes the properties of the processes. It is shown that disc springs can easily provide damping exceeding that provided by damping materials.
