摘要
在分析普通方法加工双金属孔时精度难以保证的原因的基础上,根据超声切削刚性化效应及室温切削效应,提出应用超声精镗双金属孔的设想。在自行研制的超声精镗装置上进行了铝合金-铸钢组成的双金属孔的镗削试验,结果令人满意。
Based on the study results for bao quality of two-metaled hole made by traditional machining and the advantages of ultrasonic vibration cutting,ultrasonic vibration boring is considered to improve the quality of the two-metaled hole. In this paper the vibration boring device is introduced and the test for boring the two- metaled hole which consists of aluminium alloy and cast steel is described. The testing results are satisfactory.
