摘要
作者以两个人肺癌组织样品,将连续和脉冲两类激光作激发光源,用光学多道分析仪测量了试样中肿瘤和正常组织从400nm到850nm光谱区的20幅自体荧光谱。通过数据处理我们首次发现:肿瘤对正常组织的自发荧光强度比(AT/AN)与癌的组织病理学类型有关。鳞癌的AT/AN<1;而腺癌的相反,即AT/AN>1。如果这一点能被进一步的研究所证实,它对肺癌的自体荧光诊断将十分有意义。
The autofluorescence emission spectra were obtained in tissue specimens from lobectomies of two lung cancer patients. Autofluorescences were excited with the pulse laser and C. W. laser, and the 20 spectra from 400nm to 850nm for tumors and normal tissues have been measured with an optical multichannel analyzer.The results from data processing of the 20 spectra show that the magnitude ratio of tumor autofluorescence (AT) to nontumor autofluorescence (AN) depends on the histopathological types of bronchogenic carcinomas A./AN is smaller than 1 for squamous cell carcinoma, whereas AT/AN is larger than 1 for adenocarcinoma. If this criterion is further confirmed, it will be significant for lung cancer diagnosis by autofluorescence.
