摘要
本文叙述了玻璃包层紫外光纤的制备及工艺参数的优化.探讨了光纤传输XeCl准分子激光透过率下降的原因及提高光纤破坏阈值的方法.测出了光纤在紫外区(220—360nm)的透过率,结果表明透过率与光纤芯径有关,芯径增大光纤透过率提高.
This paper state, glass cladding UV-fibers fabricated by MCVD process and optimization of parameters are described briefly. It is explored that some factors have influence on transmittance and damage threshold for Xe Cl laser. The characteristics of UV-fibers are measured. The results show that the transmittance is proportional to fiber core diameters.
