本文考查了石英-方解石和石英-黑钨矿两种混合物料的磨矿过程。结果表明,混合物料总体的磨可动力学行为是非线性的,但是其组分的磨矿动力学行为和均质物料单独磨矿时一样仍是线性的。组分的细粒级具有零阶产出特征。组分的碎裂速率函数满足关系式Si=ax^a_i,α=γ,且α、γ不随磨矿环境的改变而发生变化。
The kinetic behaviors of binary mixtures, such as quartz-calcite and quartz-wolframite in grinding mills are examined. The results show that grinding kinetic behaviors of the bulk mixtrue are nonlin ear. However, the kinetic behaviors of their components are linear. There is a zero order production of fine sizes in each of the components of the mixtures. The breakage rate functions of the components follows the relationship: s_i =ax^a_i, α= γ, and the values of α and γ aren't varied with environmental conditions.
