动力载荷在胫骨骨折愈合中对微血管形成影响的图像分析 被引量:6

摘要 在4只羊的双侧胫骨制成实验性骨折。一侧施加动力载荷者为实验组,另一侧未施加载荷者为对照组。采用血管灌注墨汁、组织切片法和图像分析评估动力载荷对骨折愈合微血管的影响。动力载荷可促进干骺部骨皮质血管扩张,增生。干骺部髓内微血管密度:实验组(33.6±4.7%)高于对照组(31.8±5.9%)。骨良质微血管密度实验组(7.5±3.5%)也高于对照组(5.4±4.1%)。动力载荷能促进骨痂内新生血管的形成和血管扩张。骨痂微血管密度:实验组(31.1±7.4%)高于对照组(26.8±6.5%)。提示动力载荷可促进侧支循环的建立,时骨折部具有增加血液供应,促进骨折修复的作用。 fter bilateral tibial osteotomy in 4 goats,dynamic load was applied for treatment on one sideof the fractured tibia,while the other side was left as control.Microvasculature at the fracture sitewas examined by radiography,histology and image analysis techniques to evaluate the effects ofdynamic loads. Angiectasis and angiohyperplasia at the cortex of metaphysis were observed.Theintramedullary and cortical microvascular density of the metaphysis were higher in the loaded side(33.6±4.7%and 7.5±3.5%)than that of the control(31. 8±5.9%and 5.4±4.1%).In cal-lus,the microvascular density was also higher in the loaded side(31 1±7.4%)than that of control(26.8±6.5%). The results showed that dynamic load could improve vascular circulation and thismay accelerate bone healing.
