摘要
本文总结了１９８４～１９９５年间我科治疗的胃切除术后近期并发症２８例（３７例次），主要并发症为各种胃肠道瘘、胃肠道出血及梗阻。其中胃肠道瘘是致死的主要原因，对各并发症发生的原因及防治措施进行了讨论。

patients (37times)with early postoperative complications of gas-trectomy were treated in Xiang ya
Hospital.The major complications included gastroin-testinal fistula ,gastrointestinal hemorrhage
and obstruction. Among the complications , gas-trointestinal fistula was the major cause of death.
The causes ,prevention and management ofthe complications were discussed in this paper.
