弓形虫感染体外培养细胞的电镜观察 被引量:8

摘要 用电镜观察了弓形虫在人脑恶性胶质瘤细胞(HGC)、人胚肺细胞(HEPC)、人K562细胞和猴肾细胞(V-116)中感染和寄生状况及受感染细胞的病理变化。结果显示,HGC、HEPC对弓形虫的感染率和受感细胞含虫数量均高于V-116。提示中枢神经系统的细胞和胚胎细胞对弓形虫的易感性较强。在一些超微结构损伤较严重的V-116细胞中,见弓形虫攻击溶解细胞核膜并进入核内寄生,可能细胞浆结构的损伤和环境的改变是弓形虫进入细胞核的原因之一。此外,上述各种细胞感染弓形虫后均可见线粒体空泡化和髓样变、细胞肿胀、核溶解和细胞崩解等病理变化。 Human glioblastoma cells(HGC),human embryonic pulmonary cells(HEPC),monkey kidney cells(V-116)and K562 cells were infected by T. gondii.The infective states were observed by electron microscope.Results showed that the infection rate and the number of T. gondii in infected cells were higher and more in HGC and HEPC than in V-116 cells. That suggested that the cells of central nervous system and embryonic cells should be more susceptibel to T. gondii.A few of T. gondii broke through nuclear membrane and entered the nucleus of V-116 cells which showed severe degeneration of structure. Perhaps the structural injury and environmental changes in host cell cytoplasm was one of the reasons for residing of T. gondii in nucleus. The vacuolation and myelin figure of initochondria, cell swelling,karyolysis and disorganisation of cells were observed in the kinds of infective ce11s.
