摘要
本文报道以生化方法检测溶组织内阿米巴与侵袭内阿米巴的６种化学元素（Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｐ）和１７种的氨基酸，及侵袭内阿米巴的ＳＯＤ、ＣＡＴ、ＡＫＰ三种酶的含量，并对它们在代谢中的作用作了讨论。
This paper reports the content of chemical elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,P) and 17 kinds of aminoacids in Entamoeba histolytica and E.invadens by biochemical methods.The enzymes in E.invadens were also studied.The roles of these components in metabolism of these two protozoa were discussed.
