摘要
本文研究了NDV的生物学特性,在CEF和HeLa细胞上两株病毒均能良好地生长,感染后24~48h病毒TCID50即达高峰。但在HeLa细胞上病毒的增殖速度和滴度均较在CEF细胞上稍低,NDV所引起的CPE,以细胞融合、空泡样变为主要特征,可见到胞浆内嗜酸性包涵体,怛在HeLa细胞上CPE发展速度较在CEF细胞上慢。NDV感染细胞后产生的HA效价,于感染后48~72h才达峰值,晚于病毒滴度峰值出现的时相,北园株在CEF细胞上产生的HA效价远比在HeLa细胞上高。
The biological characteristics of multiplication and CPE of NDV Beijing and Beiyuan strains were studied in CEF and HeLa cells. NDV propagated rapidly in cell cultures, with an eclipse pe riod about 6 hours. The virus reached its maximum TCID 50 titer between 24~48 hours after infection, and its highest HA titer about 24 hours later. HeLa cell was less sensitive than CEF cell. Giant polynuclear cell, Vacuolation and acidophilic cyloplasmic inclusion body were the main features of CPE caused by NDV. In comparison between the two sirains no significant difference was found.
