摘要
报告１５０例精神发育迟滞的脑病理检查结果，计先天畸形４５例，破坏性病理９３例，代谢性疾病７例，新生组织性疾病５例。先天畸形中以脑过小、先天性脑积水、神经元移行异常及各种非特异性改变多见。破坏性病理中以弥漫性脑皮层萎缩。结节性脑皮层萎缩及围产期颅内出血后遗性病变为多。结合可能的病因对主要病理类型进行了讨论。一部分病例是可治的。
The brains of a group of 150 mentally defective children from early life were available for study. 38 cases were accompanied by cerebral palsy and 28 with epilepsy.Neuropathological features were classi fied as follows:(1) 45 cases were congenital malfoF mation,(2) 97 cases were destructrive plocesses,(3)7 cases were metabolic disorders,(4) 5 cases were neoblastic disorders.
