血清果糖胺测定的临床应用 被引量:7

THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF SERUM FRUCTOSAMINE MEASUREMENT

摘要 本文报道用比色法测定血清果糖胺水平,批内变异系数4%(n=20),批间变异系数为8.2%(n=20),回收率为94.5%(90~102%)。利用此法分析了83例糖尿病患者的血清果糖胺水平,结果表明,Ⅰ型糖尿病组血清果糖胺水平为3.08±0.56mmol/L(n=30);Ⅱ型糖尿病组为2.69±0.42mmol/L(n=53),均明显高于正常组(2.13±0.24mmol/L),P<0.001,并与HbA_1水平显著相关(r=0.82,P<0.001)。Ⅱ型糖尿病组血清果糖胺水平与空腹血糖明显相关(r=0.67,P<0.001)。本法较简便、快速,易于自动化,是评价糖尿病病情的良好临床指标。 The serum fructosamine levels in 83 diabetic patients were analysed by colorimetric procedure. The coefficient of variations of intra assay was 4% (n = 20),of inter assay, 8.2% (n = 20). The recovery rate was 94.5% (90- 102%). The serum fruclosamine level in type I and type II diabetics were 3.08 ±0.56 mmol/L and 2.69 ±0.42nlmol/L respectively, significantly higher than that in control subjects (2.13 ± 0.24 mmol/L, P<0.001). There was a significant correlation between serum fructosamine and HbA, in patients with diabetes (r = 0.82, P<0.001). The serum fructosamine was significantly correlated with fasting plasma glucose in type II diabetics (P<0.001). We concluded that the measurement of serum fructosamine is rapid, simple and convenient. It is a better cliaicaJ index for the evaluation of metabolic control in patients with diabetes mellitus.
