自血光量子疗法中两种基因和血SOD的检测及意义探讨 被引量:5

摘要 13名外伤性截瘫患者经自血光量子疗法(ALQ)治疗后,未发现病人杜氏肌营养不良病(DMD)基因缺失和c-abl原癌基因易位情况;但治疗后病人血超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性比正常人显著增高(P<0.001)。从一个侧面讨论了自血光量子疗法治疗有效的机理,认为ALQ在临床上有一定的应用价值。 There was no evidence of DMD (Du's myodystrophy)gene deletion and c-abl oncogene translocation in 13 patients with traumatic paraplegia after autohemo-therapy of light quanta (ALQ). But the activity of blood SOD(superoxide dismutase) in patients increased more significantly than that in normal subjects after the treatment. The effective mechanism of ALQ was studied from one respect. It concluded that ALQ is rather valuable in clinical application.
