摘要
采用传统悬挂方式的铁道车辆,为同时满足运行稳定性与曲线通过性能要求,在结构设计和悬挂参数的选择时.不得不进行折衷。随着铁道车辆向高速发展,要全面改善车辆的动力学性能,传统悬挂方式的潜力已接近极限,需要采用主动悬挂。本文论述了主动悬挂在铁道车辆中的应用现状,研究方法和存在的问题,并介绍了这一研究领域的最新发展方向:即多体动力学与控制理论相结合的、面向系统分析与设计并行的软件思想。
n the design of the suspension system of conventional railway vehicles,compromise has to be made between the stability and curving performance in selecting theparameters,With the increase of railway vehicle speed,the conventiOnal passive suspensionsystem is approaching the limit of its potentialities and the active suspension systern has to beadopted for improving vehicle dynamic performances. This paper presents practical applica-tions of the active suspension system to railway vehicles nlethod of investigation and existingproblems.The idea of concurrent systern analysis and design strategles integrating multibody dynamics with control theory,representing the new orientation of development in this field.is introduced.
