摘要
本文应用Kalker理论将轮轨作为三维滚动体进行研究,建立了法向接触数学模型和切向接触数学模型;采用经典的摩擦定律;针对三维滚动接触的特点,进行半空间近似,计算了影响函数。利用弹性理论的余能原理,对滚动接触体进行离散,将余能原理表示成表面力学形式,采用了数学规划的一些方法对轮轨接触区内的摩擦功进行了计算,研究了有关参数:纵向蠕滑率、横向蠕滑率、自旋系数、摩擦系数以及法向力对接触区内摩擦功的影响。对轮轨磨耗的力学机理进行了分析。
By using kalker's rolling contact theory,this paper takes into account three-dimen-sional wheel/rail roliing contact, constructs a mathematical model of the contact formation,and sets up mathematical model of the slip; chlassical coulomb's friction law is adapted;Inaccordance with three-dimensional rolling contact,the half-space approximation and the in-fluence functions are calculated.The theory of complernentary virtual work is applied to thewheel/rail contact problems in this paper; rolling contact bodies are discretized and the com-plementary energy is expressed in a surface mechanical formation; Some basic conceptionsand algorithm of mathematical programming are used to the calculation of wheel/rail contactproblem;The influences of relevant parameters(such as longitudinal,lateral,spin creepage,coefficient of friction, normal force) on friction work is investigated, and the rnechanism ofwheel/rail wear is analyzed.
