摘要
本文论证了适于弹条强度校核的理论为畸变能强度理论;论述了弹条设计时应力水平的选择,弹条局部区域表层出现塑性屈服,由于应变硬化现象,弹条强度提高;弹条的微小残余变形造成扣压力损失不大,但可提高弹条的疲劳寿命;本文提出了弹条优化设计的衡量指标与优化设计方法。
In this paper the theoty of defomation energy is demonstrated as adaptable tochecking of the strength of bar-spring clips,and the stress standard for clip design is in-tepreted. The strength of the clip increases due to strain-hardening phenomenon in the case ofplastic zone appearing on minor spots on the clip surface. A little residual deformation of theclip induces not much loss of its hold-down force, but improves its fatigue life,The paperpresents the indexes and method for optimum design of bar-spring clip.
