摘要
本文报告自行设计的糖尿病患者生活质量（ｇｕａｌｉｔｙｏｆｌｉｆｅ，简称ＱＯＬ）量表，包括疾病对社会活动的影响、日常生活能力、抑郁和焦虑障碍四方面，全表共３９项。本文对８３例糖尿病患者和７５例健康者作为ＱＯＬ评估，对ＱＯＬ量表作了信度和效度检验。该量表为治疗干预和护理干预提供了一种评估工具。
This paper reports a new questionaire of quality of life designed by ourselves for palients with Diabetes, including 4 subscales: ①impact of Diabetes on social activity ②activity of daily life ③depression ④anxiety. There are 39 items in all. 83 patients with Diabetes and 75 health people were tested by these scale,reliability and validity were analysed. The questionaire provides means of assessment for treatment intervention and nursing intervention.
