摘要
本文用急性心肌梗死(AMI)犬模型对左室舒张与收缩功能及再灌注后的变化特点进行了观察。结果发现,AMI后2、3和72小时左室舒张与收缩功能均明显下降,在AMI后72小时再灌注组左室舒张与收缩功能明显优于未再灌注组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。
The left ventricular systolic and diastolic function and the characteristics of functional changes after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and/or reperfusion were investigated in canine model of myocardial infarction by ligation of the coronary artery. The results showed that left ventricular systolic and diastolic performances were decreased significantly at 2, 3 and 72 hours following AMI. The systolic and diastolic function were better in the reperfusion group (n=7) than those in the nonreperfusion group (n=7) at 72 hours after AMI. It suggests that myocardial ischemia or infarction is an important cause of decreasing the left ventricular function and successful reperfusion could improve the left ventricular systolic and diastolic performance markedly.
