骨骼肌心室代替右心室功能的动物实验研究

摘要 为探索骨骼肌心室代替右心室功能的可行性,用犬进行下列实验研究:①骨骼肌心室经同种带瓣主动脉连接于腔静脉与肺动脉间的模型;②骨骼肌心室连接于右心房与肺动脉间的模型。结果显示,在骨骼肌心室与犬心脏同步收缩时可明显提高主动脉、肺动脉收缩压及肺动脉血流量,且肺动脉血流出现搏动性,但中心静脉压仅轻度降低。 Skeletal muscle ventricles were constructed from the right latissimus dorsi in fifteen dogs. In group 1 (n=8), venous return from the superior and inferior venae cavae was directed to the skeletal muscle ventricle then to the main pulmonary artery,while in group 2 (n= 7),the skeletal muscle ventricle was connected between the right atrium and main pulmonary artery. In both groups ,skeletal muscle ventricls were connected through valved aortic homografts. When these ventricles were stimulated to contract synchronously with the heart,the aortic systolic pressure, pulmonary peak pressure and aortic flow increased in both groups accompanied by a slight decrease of central venous pressure. Used as a right ventricle substitute,skeletal muscle ventricle is able to increase pulmoary pressure and blood flow, and to provide pulsatile pulmonary arterial flow pattern as well.
