摘要
研究妥布拉霉素产生菌暗黑链霉菌原生质体的制备、再生条件再生株产生抗生素能力的变化及甘氨酸浓度对菌丝体生长的影响，确定了原生质体再生培养基的组成，再生率为２９％，三次再生过程获得了高产菌株，产生抗生素的能力提高了２２．５％。
This paper reported the condition of protoplasts formation of S.tenebrarius and the ability of antibiotic producing of regenerants.The effect of concentration of Gly on mycelia growth and component of regeneration medium were studied.The regeneration rate approached 29%.A potency improved tobramycing producing strain was obtained,and its potency increased 22.5% than that of parent strain in the third selection.
