摘要
通过分析数字环境下版权利益平衡的变化,不难看出,仅强调版权人权利保护,对数字出版产业的发展是不利的。在现行法律环境和版权制度下,应建立利益平衡动态调整机制,调整视角,既要保护版权,又要促进信息传播,这样才能有效推动数字出版产业发展。
This paper analyses the change of the balance of copyright benefits,researches the Opposite influence of the excess protect of the anthor s rights,and then discusses the strategy that can promote the development of the copyright industry at present.
