摘要
目的研究硒、钼、硼对氟中毒大鼠的氟斑牙发生的影响。方法 Wristar大鼠随机分为8组(雌雄各半):硒1组、硒2组、钼1组、钼2组、硼1组、硼2组、氟组、对照组。各组均喂以含Fˉ45mg/L的蒸馏水及含不同浓度微量元素的饲料,观察大鼠的一般情况,氟斑牙的发生。结果硒组体质量增加与对照组接近,优于钼组和硼组(P<0.05)。说明硒对动物的生长发育没有带来不利影响;实验结束时,硒组有3例无氟斑牙,与钼、硼组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),表明硒可能有效地阻止氟斑牙的发生。结论在实验设计剂量下,硒、钼、硼可能具有拮抗氟中毒的作用,而硒作用更好并减少了氟斑牙的发生。
