摘要 磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是利用相位信息进一步增加局部组织对比的一种T2*技术。由于能够显示相位加权信息,SWI可以鉴别瘤内出血及其降解产物,评估静脉性肿瘤新生血管及肿瘤内血氧状态。本文通过结合SWI序列原理、脑肿瘤的病理学及肿瘤的血管形成过程,探讨SWI在评估、诊断肿瘤及胶质瘤分级中的不同分析方法及其临床价值。
