摘要
在分析茶梗、茶末的化学成分、纤维特性的基础上,确定了茶叶再造薄片制造工艺的具体参数,并测定了茶叶再造薄片的物理性质和化学成分,结果表明:茶梗、茶末微含烟碱且糖含量低,有助于降低卷烟的烟碱和焦油含量;茶梗纤维的平均长度较长,1 mm以上的纤维比例高,有利于制作再造薄片。利用所确定的茶叶再造薄片工艺配方及参数,制得的茶叶再造薄片物理性能符合国家标准,无烟碱低糖,烟气烟碱量为0。茶叶再造薄片的使用既可充分利用茶梗、茶末,又可拓宽卷烟原料来源、降低生产成本,具有明显的经济效益。
The chemical compositions and fiber properties of tea stalk and tea dust were tested,the specific parameters of tea recycled sheet manufacturing process were explored,the chemical compositions of tea recycled sheet were tested,and the sensory quality of tea recycled sheet was also evaluated in this paper.The results were as follows: Firstly,the tea stalk and tea dust contained a trace of nicotine and little sugar,which conduced to reduce the nicotine and tar content in cigarette.Secondly,the average length of tea stalk fiber was relatively long and the percentage of tea stalk fiber with the length of more than 1.00 mm was high,which was good for manufacturing recycled sheet.Finally,the final formula and parameters of producing tea recycled sheet were determined,and the physical properties of the produced tea recycled sheet fitted the national standard.Its nicotine content was zero and sugar content was low.In conclusion,the use of tea recycled sheet could not only make full use of waste materials such as tea stalk and tea dust,but also broaden the raw material source of cigarette,reduce production cost and gain obvious economic benefits.
