摘要
通过尼康显微镜观察了杂交鳢杭鳢1号子一代的胚胎发育,并拍摄了其发育特征,描述了各发育时期的发育时序和形态特征.杭鳢1号的胚胎发育可分为卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚期、尾芽出现期、肌肉效应期、心跳期、出膜期等几个主要阶段.在22~25℃的水温条件下,杭鳢1号鱼卵孵化约需50 h才能破膜而出.
By the microscope NIKON E400,the embryonic development process of hybrid snakehead 'Hangli 1' produced by Channa maculatus(♀) × Channa argus(♂) was observed and recorded,and the morphological characteristics and developmental process of the embryo at different developmental stages were described.Based on the typical characteristics,the embryonic development process of 'Hangli 1' was divided into 8 stages: cleavage stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage,tail bud stage,muscular contraction stage,heart beating stage,hatching stage.From fertilized egg to hatching,it took around 50 hours at the temperature from 22 ℃ to 25 ℃.
