摘要
随着现代生物技术研究方法的深入,电子显微镜技术在农业上的应用也将进一步发展。就扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)在农业领域的应用及其发展进行了综述,以期为进行这方面研究提供资料。
With the deep developing in the modern biotechnology of research methods,the technology of electron microscope will get further developments in the applying of agriculture.The authors were concern of the application and developing of the SEM and the TEM in agricultural area and offer a reference for researchers.
