摘要
文章除了考察汉语拼音在华文教学中的引进经过、发展历史、当前现状以及存在的主要问题,还对新加坡华文教育规划和人名拼音化两个问题进行了较详细的介绍。从语言社会学角度出发,在考察新加坡华语教育问题时,应批判地理解当前公共话语中对华文教育作为二语教学的定位。
In addition to the introduction of development and current situation of Pinyin,the paper also examines the other two issues in a relatively detailed manners,namely,Chinese language education and Pinyinization of Singaporean Chinese name from perspectives of language planning.Rather than what described above,using sociology of language as a point of departure,the paper takes great pains to remind the audiences of this special edition to critically understand the official positioning of teaching Chinese language as a second language in public discourse.
