摘要
通过利用MATLAB建模仿真齿轮运转啮合过程,利用MATLAB工具箱中强大的函数功能,实现了齿轮模拟故障和实际故障的有效诊断。将MATLAB软件引入课堂教学,克服了传统教学的乏味,激发了学生的学习兴趣,从而为教学效果的提高提供了有力的软件支撑。
Firstly we simulink the gear mesh processing model and then some MATLAB functions are applied.Finally the gear fault diagnosis comes into practice.With the help of MATLAB,we can overcome the tedious of traditional computation,and greatly arouse the students' interest in study in teaching.Hence,it is an efficient and reliable way to promote the teaching effect that we adopt MATLAB in teaching procedure.
