摘要
研究了活性炭、硅藻土、高岭土和改性玉米秸秆几种常见污水处理材料对污水中有机物(COD)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果,发现活性炭吸附污水中有机物的效果最好,经活性炭吸附的污水的COD去除率达88.8%。同时,活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)也有很强的吸附能力。硅藻土和高岭土对有机物的吸附效果较差,对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的吸附效果。改性玉米秸秆对Cr(Ⅵ)表现出很强的吸附能力,在低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附实验中,可以达到比活性炭更高的吸附量,开发应用潜力巨大。
The adsorption treatments of sewage were performed with activated carbon,diatomite,kaolin and modified corn straw as absorbent separately to comparative study the performance of different adsorbent on COD and Cr(Ⅵ) removal.It was found that activated carbon was superior to other adsorbents on both COD and Cr(Ⅵ) removal,with the COD removal rate achieved to 88.8%,Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate of granular activated carbon and power activated carbon were 75.2% and 88.5% respectively.The diatomite,kaolin had poor adsorption capacity for organic compounds,but they presented a certain adsorbability for Cr(Ⅵ).The modification process increased the adsorption capacity of corn stalk significantly,the Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate of modified corn stalk could reach to 73.9%.Base on the comprehensive consideration of adsorption effect and commercial value,modified corn stalk had great application prospect in wastewater treatment.
