摘要
链条式抽油机是一种适合现阶段石油开采环境的抽油机,通过三维建模和运动仿真方法可以降低其设计成本,缩短设计周期。针对抽油机运动规律较为简单这一特点,采用3Dsmax软件的自动关键帧技术进行运动仿真设计,操作过程简单,仿真结果直观的反应了其工作过程,特别是内部运动原理运行效果,为其生产和应用提供了较为重要的参考价值。
Chain-type pumping unit is suitable for the oil production environment at this stage,3D modeling and movement simulation can lower the design cost and reduce the cycle time of the pumping unit,and also simulate design patterns.As the motion Law of Chain-type pumping unit is simple,use the auto key of 3Dsmax can simulate the movement in a simpler way.The working process of the pumping unit be showed,especially inside movement principle and operation effect.Reference value has been provided for production and application.
