摘要
针对蜗壳结构安全是确保大型水电机组稳定运行的关键,通过简化算法对糯扎渡大型水电站蜗壳结构进行了三维有限元分析。计算结果表明,蜗壳结构各截面最大拉应力值出现于蜗壳顶部混凝土处,钢蜗壳选用充水保压浇筑外围混凝土的埋置方式合理、有效可行,可为蜗壳结构设计与施工提供参考。
The structural safety of spiral case is one of the key issues for ensuring the stable operation of large turbine generator sets.The shortcut calculation method is applied to three-dimensional FEM analysis of spiral case structure for Nuozhadu Hydropower Station.The numerical results show that the maximum tension stress of surrounding concrete mainly lies in the top of spiral case structure at each section;the adoption of water filling and pressure maintaining during placement of concrete encasement of steel spiral case is reasonable and feasible.Thus,it is helpful to improve the design and construction of spiral case structure.
