滑模施工技术在电站竖井砼衬砌施工中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 为确保燕山水库电站调压室竖井施工质量、缩短施工工期,经方案比选采用滑膜施工技术衬砌竖井,基于滑膜体荷载和爬杆(千斤顶)数量计算,设计了滑膜体各部件,并介绍了滑膜体材料及其配比、施工工艺流程、模体安装、混凝土浇筑、表面修整、养护、滑模模体拆除等施工方法,提出了施工中应注意的事项,分析了施工中出现的问题及采取的相应处理措施,可供类似工程参考。 In order to guarantee construction quality and lead duration of shaft of surge chamber in Yanshan Hydropower Station,slipform construction technique is applied to shaft of concrete lining with optimized scheme.Based on the calculation of slipform load and numbers of climbing pole,components of slipform body are designed and the construction methods are presented,including material and its proportioning,construction process engineering,installation slipform body,concrete placing,surface conditioning,maintenance,demolition slipform body.The matters needing attention is put forward during construction progress.The problems in construction are analyzed and the corresponding measures are adopted,which provides reference for similar projects.
