Research on Modeling Technique of Runner Blade for Hydraulic Machinery

摘要 为提高水力机械转轮叶片设计与加工的准确性,针对传统工程图中采用二维木模图表示的叶片与生产实体存在不一致且不能满足数字化设计与制造的要求,基于目前广泛应用的三维造型软件及造型方法的比较分析,提出了转轮叶片的变量技术造型方法。通过设计实例得到了木模图表示的真实准确的三维叶片,表明变量化造型技术的应用及水力机械转轮叶片数字化建模可明显提高叶片实体精度,为水力机械CAM实现、内部流场的数值模拟及性能预测提供了实际应用参考价值。 There are errors between product body and blade expressed by two dimensional wood form drawing in traditional design and it can not satisfy the requirement of digital design and manufacture.Base on comparative analysis of three dimensional modeling software and method used widely at present,the method of variable modeling technique for runner blade is put forward to enhance the accuracy of design and machining runner blade for hydraulic machinery.Three dimensional blade expressed by wood form drawing is obtained with the proposed method and example.The results show that application of variable modeling technique and digital modeling of runner blade for hydraulic machinery can improve the precision of blade body,which provides engineering application value for realization CAM,numerical simulation of flow field and performance prediction for hydraulic machinery.
