摘要 采用溶液聚合方法合成了丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),考察共聚单体丙烯酸甲酯(MA)对共聚反应和橡胶性能的影响。MA作为共聚单体加快了聚合反应速率,对聚合转化率影响不大;核磁共振(NMR)测试表明,共聚物组成与投料比接近;MA含量增加,ACM在高温条件下凝胶含量提高;MA共聚导致ACM热分解温度、最快分解速率温度提高,耐热性改善。 Acrylic rubber(ACM)was synthesized with the solution polymerization method and the effect of methyl acrylate(MA)on the copolymerization and ACM properties was investigated.The reaction rate of polymerization improved with the addtion of MA and no obvious change of conversion could be found.NMR results showed the copolymer composition was adjacent with the feed ratio.The gel content of ACM at higher temperature increased with the MA content.The thermo-decomposition temperature and the faster decomposition rate temperature of ACM improved with the addtion of MA and the heat-resistance of ACM was modified.
