摘要
目的了解重庆市綦江县疾病预防控制机构人力资源的现状,为今后人力资源的合理配置提供参考依据。方法对綦江县疾病预防控制机构的人力情况调查资料进行整理,用Excel进行数据录入,SPSS13.0进行数据分析。结果綦江县疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置为2.15人/万,专业技术人员以中、青年为主,机构人员较稳定;第一学历以中专为主,最高学历以大专为主,总体学历偏低;所学的专业以预防医学和临床医学为主;职称以中级职称为主,无职称人员均超标。结论綦江县疾病预防控制机构人员配置不足,专业技术人员素质偏低,高层次的专业技术人员匮乏,应按照有关的要求配置足够的人员,加强继续医学教育,采取优惠政策引进高层次的人才。
OBJECTIVE To find out the status of human resources for Disease Control and Prevention of Qijiang County of Chongqing so as to offer the basis for the use human resources rationally in the future.METHODS Collate the data of the human resources of disease control and prevention organizations of Qijiang County and inputting datum with Excel,SPSS 13.0 carries on the data analysis.RESULTS Human resource allocation of disease control and prevention agency is 2.15 every ten thousands which is stable and whose professional and technical personnel are mainly young and middle-aged.The first academic credentials of the staff rely mainly technical secondary school and the top academic credentials rely mainly junior collage whose collectively qualifications are low.The professional study of the personnel are preventive medicine and clinical medicine.The professional title are mainly intermediate grade and no title officers are exceeded.CONCLUSIONS Disease control and prevention organizations of Qijiang County personnel is deficiency.The quality of professional and technical personnel is lower,high-level professional and technical personnel are shortage.In order to resolve above preblems,this requires to collocate adequate personnel in accordance with the relevant requirements,strengthen the continuing medical education and adopt preferential policies for the introduction of high-level talent.
