摘要
特殊用途英语(ESP)作为在国外已经普及了四十多年的一种先进的教学法,在我国仍然没有得到足够的重视。近些年来,越来越多的教育专家指出,ESP教学是我国高等院校英语教学改革的新方向。ESP教师发展至关重要,在某种意义上决定着ESP教学发展的快慢甚至成败。本文分别在理论以及实践上通过对一线ESP教师的访谈调查,分析研究了我国高校语言专业ESP师资的不足并提出了包含合作、合作加培训及综合三个阶段的师资培养模式。
English for Specific Purposes(ESP),a widely applied advanced language teaching method abroad,hasn't gained sufficient attention in China.In rencent years,however,more and more educators point out that ESP teaching should be the direction of English teaching reform in China.ESP teachers' development plays an indispensible and decisive role in ESP development.This paper discusses both theoretically and practically over ESP teacher's development in English teaching in China's universities.
