摘要
目的探讨壳聚糖澄清剂用于头花蓼水提液的絮凝澄清工艺。方法以总黄酮和槲皮苷的含量为考察指标,采用正交实验优选壳聚糖的最佳澄清条件,并与传统的水煮醇沉工艺相比较,评价壳聚糖澄清工艺的可行性。结果优选出的最佳澄清工艺条件是:提取液浓缩至1∶6(生药g∶药液ml),提取液pH为5,每升药液加入1%的壳聚糖冰醋酸溶液100ml。结论壳聚糖可作为头花蓼水提液的除杂澄清工艺,该工艺优于传统的水煮醇沉工艺。
Objective To discuss the flocculation process of Chitosan for clarifying the aqueous extract of Polygonum.Methods With the content of flavonoids and quercitrin as evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to select the best clarify conditions of Chitosan and was compared with the traditional process of boiled and alcohol precipitation.The feasibility of Chitosan clarification process was evaluated.Results The best conditions were: the extract was concentrated to 1∶6(Pharmacognosy: liquid),pH=5,mixed in 1% Chitosan acetic acid solution 100 ml/L Liquid.Conclusion Chitosan clarification process is superior to the traditional process of boiled and alcohol precipitation.
