摘要
玉米是重要的粮食和饲料作物,但玉米中赖氨酸含量较低,降低了其营养品质及蛋白利用率。常规育种的方法提高玉米赖氨酸含量收效甚微,随着生物技术的不断发展,基因工程技术的不断进步,为提高玉米赖氨酸含量,改良玉米品质提供了一条新的技术路线。综述了近年来利用基因工程技术提高玉米赖氨酸含量的研究进展以及对未来的展望。
