羊驼早期妊娠的B超诊断

摘要 [目的]建立羊驼早期妊娠B超检测技术,探索羊驼繁殖特性。[方法]选用5只健康、有正常分娩史的羊驼,进行早期妊娠的动态B超检测。[结果]妊娠20~30 d,胚囊明显可见,强回声胚体位于胚囊中后部,可见胚胎心跳;妊娠45 d,胚胎轮廓可见;妊娠90 d,胎儿轮廓清晰,胎动明显,羊水较多。[结论]建立了羊驼早期妊娠B超诊断方法。 [Objective] To establish B-Ultrasonic diagnosis for early pregnancy of alpaca,and to explore reproductive characters of alpaca.[Method]5 mature female alpacas which have normal reproductive history were used for B-Ultrasonic diagnosis of early pregnancy.[Result]Gestational sac could be obviously seen from 20-30 d after mating,embryonic plant with strong echoes located in postmedian part of gestational sac,and heartbeat could be seen.All parts of the embryo were identifiable after 45 d pregnancy.Fetus and fe...
