摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定左乙拉西坦中的右旋体。方法采用ChiralcelOD-H色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为正己烷-异丙醇-三氟乙酸(90∶10∶0.1);流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长218nm。结果左乙拉西坦与其右旋体得到了基线分离,其右旋体0.4~3.6×103μg·mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),最低检测限为4ng,定量限为8ng。结论所建方法准确、简便、灵敏,适用于左乙拉西坦的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for determination of dextro isomer in Levetiracetam. METHODS A Chiralcel OD-H column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of N-hexane-isopropanol-trifluorocetic acid ( 90∶10∶0. 1) at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was at 218 nm.
