红花及其白花变种中总黄酮及山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量测定 被引量:8

Determination of total flavonoids and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside in Safflower produced in Sichuan and Safflowe vatiety named white flower

摘要 目的测定川红花及红花变种白花中总黄酮及山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量。方法用UV法测定总黄酮的含量;HPLC法测定山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量,采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25:74:1),流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长265 nm。结果 UV法测得川红花中总黄酮含量为7.43%,红花变种白花为20.28%;HPLC法测得川红花中山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量为0.41%,红花变种白花为13.86%。结论红花变种白花中总黄酮及山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量均高于川红花,具有较高的研究价值。 OBJECTIVE To determine total flavonoids and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside in Safflower produced in Sichuan and Safflower variety with white flower.METHODS Total flavonoids was determined by UV Spectrophotometry,and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was based on Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic(25:74:1) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 30 ℃,and the detective wavelength was 265 nm.RESUL...
